Terms and Conditions for Online Auctions

By submitting your bid, you agree that:

You have read and agree with the Auctioneer Terms and Conditions below.

You agree to pay a buyer's premium of 10% for all purchases paid for by cash or check when the items are picked up on the scheduled time periods.

A 15% buyer's premium applies to all purchases paid for by credit card and any item needed to be shipped.

If an item is not picked up by the end of the scheduled pick-up time, the buyer's charge card will be charged for the full invoice total and the 15% buyer's fee along with the shipping fees that apply to the item(s). Large Items are PICK - UP ONLY!

All items must be picked up within 5 days of the completion of the auction or the items will become the property of Bullock's Bid 'N Buy even after the items have been paid for by Credit Card.

All property offered and sold through Bullock's Bid 'N Buy shall be offered and sold on the terms and conditions set forth below. By bidding at the auction, the buyer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. All properties are sold "AS IS", with no warranty expressed or implied. Descriptions, including conditions, are offered as a courtesy to the bidder and should be considered as an opinion only and not a statement of fact. All sales are final. No returns.

2. A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot for all purchases paid for by cash or check when the items are picked up on the scheduled time periods. A 15% buyer's premium applies to all purchases paid for by credit card and any item needed to be shipped.

3. All purchases (including buyer's premium) will be subject to a PA State sales tax of 6% unless the purchaser has a valid tax - exempt certificate ( an actual resale certificate must be presented and on file with Bullock's Bid 'N Buy). Out of state bidders will not be charged the PA sales tax.

4. All items are sold "AS IS" and all sales are final. We do our best to describe the item's material, age and conditions. Written and oral descriptions are our opinions and should in no way be interpreted as a face nor a guarantee of any kind as to authenticity, age, condition and materials. Prospective buyers are strongly advised to examine personally any property in which they are interested, before the auction takes place, to determine its condition, size, and whether or not it has been repaired or restored.

5. All International buyers should note that some countries do not allow certain products into that particular country. Please check with relevant import and customs regulations prior to bidding.

6. Bullock's Bid 'N Buy must be paid within 2 days after the auction. All property purchased from Bullock's Bid 'N Buy must be removed within 5 days after the auction date. Bullock's Bid 'N Buy will not be responsible for paid items left for over 5 days after the auction date (unless a prior agreement has been made). Items left after 5 days will be considered Abandoned by Bullock's Bid 'N Buy. We will exercise the right to repossess the item and re-auction.

7. By bidding at this auction, Bullock's Bid 'N Buy will keep the bidder's contact information for future auction or news event notifications, unless bidder specifically notifies Bullock's Bid 'N Buy to remove their name from such a list.

8. Bullock's Bid 'N Buy reserves the right, at our complete discretion, to refuse admission to the premises or participation in any auction and to reject any bid, as well as the right to refuse to acknowledge any bidder.

Shipping contacts and arrangements:

All items not being picked up at the Auction Location will be shipped USPS and the buyer is responsible for Paying for the item, 15% buyer's premium and the Shipping costs. Bullock's Bid 'N Buy will handle shipping through USPS ONLY at the buyer's expense. If another method of shipping is preferred, Buyers must contact shipping company directly after the auction to arrange shipment and payment for shipping. A shipping release form is also required to be filled out and signed in order for us to release the item to the shipping company. For the larger items we would like to recommend www.uship.com

Payment details:

Payment must be received within 2 days of the auction and Items removed from the premise within 5 Days!!!!

Terms are strictly:

* Cash & Approved Check upon pick - up

* Credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, & Discover) (subject to 5 % fee)

* Money order, certified check, approved personal or business check with proper identification.

* Paypal also subject to a 5 percent convenience fee

* PA Residents subject to a 6% Sales Tax unless Tax Exempt (Number has to be provided)

Please note: We reserve the right to hold merchandise until the check has cleared.
